Shipping policy

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £23 within Wakefield postal areas WF1-WF7. We also deliver to Wakefield district WF8-18; Leeds LS25-27 and Barnsley S70-72 and S75 for a small delivery charge of £4.95.

Deliveries are usually made between 9-6pm Monday-Fridays and by arrangement on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message or email with the details you provided at checkout to notify you on the day. 

 

 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Alchemilla Floral Studio in Sandal, Wakefield. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be made and ready to pick up within 3 to 4 business days or a pre-agreed specific date. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9-6pm on Monday-Friday and by arrangement on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@alchemillafloral.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is non-perishable, unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@alchemillafloral.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more information please see our refund policy.
